The Social Media Specialist is in charge of managing the social media accounts of assigned brands. He/she is also in charge of developing and interacting with the online community of brands being handled. Ready to moderate and manage other platforms as required.

- Daily maintenance (replying to comments and messages), engagement (reflect brand values in every conversation), and empowerment (consumer-centric discussions that help bring back members of the community to the platform) of all social media communities.
- Implementation of content posting, media boosting, and any other needed related tasks involving the social media accounts of brands handled.
- Implementing recommendation of strategies for further improvement of the brands’ online qualities.
- Proofread, double check visuals and safeguard work from
errors.
Requirements
- Any graduate can apply
- Minimum 2 years of experience as part of a communications agency
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
