· Make sure all requested vacancies are really require to run the operation and business before searching the CV and appointing the candidates
· Job post advertising (all level & program) in webpage, other social website and job portal.
· Check applicant’s attached file are complete or not for screening CV while interview arranging
· CV screening and distributing suitable CV to related department and Interview & Assessment section of R&S Department.
· Maintain all personal files and all CV files with standardize.
· Participating in BU/BR and University Visit for Recruitment improvement
· Check employee requisition data and approval process in system and follow up with related HR
· KPI Data entry, analysis and present KPI achievement to Department Head
· Summarize and Analysis for monthly requisition condition and actual fulfillment
· One to one coaching from Department Head
· Prepare Pamphlet, vinyl and conduct to job fairs/ University presentation.
· Review on Daily Sourcing Progress and Conduct Reports to Superior.
· Create JD & JR for Opening Vacant Position and Uploading Job Post as per requisition of recruitment team.
· Search CVs and Select Potential Candidates for Opening Vacant Position According to Relevant Job Criteria.
· Making Sourcing Plan and Search CVs to Meet with KPI Sourcing Lead Time.
