Tele Sales Supervisor

Supervise the daily operations of tele-sales including personnel, scheduling, training, reporting and outbound lead pipelines to achieve specific revenue targets

Job Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Supervise tele-sales assistants to ensure work processes and standard operating procedures are adhered to when performing work
- Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone
- Conduct audits on calls/transactions and provide feedback to tele-sales assistants for improvement
- Consolidate comments and channels to respective Operations teams for immediate resolution
- Identify and evaluate key areas/processes to improve efficiency and meet sales targets
- Monitor daily results and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Conduct daily team meetings outlining any urgent issues, product updates, trade announcements, etc., to ensure tele-sales assistants are fully educated
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing functions to ensure alignment in terms of promotions, pricing, campaigns, follow-up, etc.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
Job Requirements
- Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies or a related discipline
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrate a working understanding of the company's products, services, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Proven experience in outbound tele-sales call centers
- Proven excellent communication skills and strong telephone manners
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
