- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Responsible for Sales target and Sales development of Kangaroo constructions/ Home Appliance products in appointed regional.
- Maintain and increase sales for Kangaroo products in order to reach targets.
- Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
- Service the needs of existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback and market research
- Support for the roadshow, promotion monthly and on occasions accompanying with marketing team
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Fulfill other tasks appointed by Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and related diploma (Sales)
- Minimum of 5 years experiences at similar position in both constructional products (Sanitaryware) /Home appliances.
- Able to travel if necessary
- Skills: English intermediate ,MS Office (Excel, PPT, Words) and communication.
- Personality: creative, honest, hard working and passionate.
- Age between 35 and 40 years old
