Job Description

• Issue payment voucher according to supplier invoice
• Issue and prepare invoices with SAP
• Assist other departments such as operation and marketing with reviewing of expense and prepare reimbursement expense 
• Issue cheque to make payment for supplier and go to bank to transfer payment process
• Send invoices with mail to all related customer and sales & marketing team on time
• Support senior accountant requests and other related duties
