Description and Requirement
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing office supplies
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and training programs
Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment for all team members

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment
Must be able to use Computer (Excel, Word, Power Point) well.
Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Time : 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (6 days)
