Description and Requirement

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing office supplies
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and training programs
  • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment for all team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Must be able to use Computer (Excel, Word, Power Point) well.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Time : 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (6 days)
