Description and Requirement

  • Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including but not limited to office management, facilities coordination, and vendor management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and industry best practices
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits and payroll processes
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with management to support business objectives and organizational development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing & Warehousing industry
  • Proven experience in administrative and HR management roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Certification in HR (e.g. PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Office Days - Sunday & Public holidays
    Time - 8 AM to 4 PM ( Monday to Sat )
