Assistant Audit Manager

Description and Requirement

• To assist the Audit Manager and ensure strict adherence to the audit plan
• To assist in monitoring the working procedures of the audit team
• To review draft audit working papers, preliminary audit reports and Pre-audits
• To perform ISO Audit and review all departments' KPIs
• To provide guidance and mentoring to audit team members
• To assist in undertasking special duties as directed by CEO and DMD
• To report regularly to the Audit Manager on the progress of the audit process and findings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or arelated field
• Professional certifications CPA (Part II) or ACCA (Part II) are advantages
• Preferable minimum 5 years of progressive experience in internal audit roles
• (At least 2 years in management role)
• Effective leadership and team coordination ability
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of insurance industry operations , risk mitigation and compliance standard
• Proficiency in analyzing inricate data, recognizing patterns and offering strategic insights
