Assistant Marketing Manager

Description and Requirement

 The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities among three key stakeholders: the Mini App BU, merchants, and the respective business units (e.g., Marketing for KBZPay).

Knowledge Skills:

  1. Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine campaign strategies.
  1. Event Management
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, including trade shows, roadshows, product launches, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies for events.
  • Evaluate post-event performance and report on outcomes and learnings.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community growth.
  • Track and report social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination
  • Work with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce marketing materials.
  • Liaise with external partners, agencies, and influencers for collaborations and sponsorships.
  • Support the Sales and Product teams in promotional efforts and customer engagement activities.
  1. Data and Reporting
  • Use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns, events, and social media initiatives.
  • Prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a calendar of activities and ensure timely execution of all initiatives.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent
  • English language competency
  • Minimum of 4 Years’ Experience
  • Must be able to type in both English and Burmese.
