Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating risks across the bank’s operations.
- Support the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare reports for senior management.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the bank’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Help develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Assist in coordinating risk-related training and awareness programs.
- Support the Risk Management team in audits and assessments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in risk management or a related role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and banking regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
