Description and Requirement

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to the T24 core banking system
  • Perform functions of supporting daily operations and projects on the core banking system
  • Assist in testing and validating system changes, updates, and patches
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on core banking functionalities and best practices
  • Support deployment processes, including staging, testing, and validating new releases or patches
  • Coordinate with cross teams to resolve application-related incidents and escalate critical issues
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support branch users
  • Provide staff training, documentation, and IT policy guidance
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years working experience in related field.
  • Good knowledge of core banking systems such as T24 Core banking or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience with end user applications (banking)
  • Good IT and organizational skills and self-starter with strong self-management skill
