Job Description

- Timely filling up of Inventory
-no stock out items.
- Efficiency of inbound logistic
- no D&D charges, no truck detention, reduction truck charges, extend allowed time for discharging, sourcing reliable and efficient clearance agency.
- Controlling expiry stocks
- Timely report to sales team.
- In time payment to suppliers without delay depends on terms.
- Controlling documents and keep confidential information.- Prepare and send shipping docs to UP agency for custom clearance.
- Arrange PO cheque for custom duties.
- Arrange to take sample.
- Issue docs for sample testing.
- Arrange delivery plan as per machine/ warehouse capacity and not affecting Dem/Det and truck detention.
- Solve the probles between warehouse and truck agency.
- Check with warehouse for receiving as per plan.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, prefers to Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Assistant Manager Role in Fertilizer Import Operations.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge about fertilizers products
- Excellent skills and experience in fertilizer import operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
