Description and Requirement

The Beauty Aesthetic Manager will oversee daily operations,manage staff, ensure exceptionalclient experiences and drive business growth.
In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatment and equipment.
Strongg leadership , communication and problem-solving abilities.
Recurit,train and supervice aestheticians and support staff.
Schedule staff shifts and manage worklods efficienly.
Address client concerns and resolve complaints promptly. 
Collaborate on marketing campaings(social media,promotion,events).
Build relationship with clients and solicit feedback to improve services.

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
-Age 25-45 years, university graduate with a pleasant appearance
-Energetic, proactive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong leadership and teamwork skills to drive team success
-Proficient in social media management and marketing
-Must speak English (or) Chinese
-Ability to provide job-related training
