Chief Accountant

Description and Requirement

1. Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role.
2. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
3. Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis.
4. Report on monthly financial statements, payment,cash flow management in a timely manner.
5. Monitor monthly account reconciliatios, journal entry and adjustment.
6. Manage and arrange the plan in order to do fixed assets examination and ground stock taking.
7. Assist with quarterly producer commission reports, analyzing correcting discrepancies.
8. Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal control.
9. Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external audits.
10. Assist with preparation of audit sampling package for internal audits.
11. Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting.
12. Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
13. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
14. Must be able to calculate project costing professionally.
15. Other projects as assigned and completely assist BOD reports when required.
