Claims Assistant

Description and Requirement

- When customer inform FNIG, ask necessary questions and request some documents about the accident case,
- Transfer the claim case to claim inspection unit with complete information
- Put data at software system
- Settle the claim complain and other information related with claims.

Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Age of Between 22 and 30 years
- Above 1 year experience in insurance industry
- Can use MS Office
