Description and Requirement

We are seeking a highly organized, caring, and proactive Class Manager to join our team at Ivy Young Learners English School Tachileik, a school dedicated to providing high-quality English education to young learners aged between 6-17. The Class Manager acts as a vital link between teachers, students, and parents—ensuring each class runs smoothly and that families feel connected and supported.

This role is both administrative and student-centered. The Class Manager assists with classroom organization, manages parent communication, monitors student attendance and progress, and supports the overall classroom environment. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children and team, values communication, and enjoys supporting a well-run learning space.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of English (Intermediate level or above).
• Experience working in a school, childcare, or customer service setting.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a genuine interest in children’s education.
• Proficiency in basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to manage parent relationships and classroom dynamics with diplomacy and care.
• Local resident; must live within commuting distance of the school.
