Description and Requirement

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Knowing customers’ needs, wants and expectations in a timely manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining an effective calling program to approach existing customers, new prospects, and referral sources
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with customers
  • Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client.
  • Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings
