Brief Job Description

  • You are needed to established the service standard and procedures for all service employees in the organization.
  • Defining the responsibilities and roles of each Restaurant Supervisor, waiter and helper.
  • You are required to supervise all restaurant supervisor day to day.
  • You must have the skill of giving training to the employees of service standard and procedure.
  • Conceptual skill and ideas of appearance of food & drink and shop decoration
  • Able to suggest the new menus.
  • Have to develop and control the healthy environment of the shop and the employee’s personal grooming.
  • Investigate and resolve Customer complains  skill must be an essential skills
  • Good communication with kitchen department and other f&b department must be practiced within your department./
  • Drive sales and business goals(give suggestion how to improve sales by seeing the sale report)


Requirements

  • Must have a degree and related diploma (or) Training certificates are needed
  • Must be more than 5 years of experience in the same industry
  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service Skills and Problem solving skills are needed
  • Must have basic skill of using computer at least; Microsoft Office.
