- Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients
- Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes
- Be able to manage large amounts of phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication through various channels
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
- Responding promptly to clients’ inquiries in politely and professionally.
- Acknowledging and resolving clients’ complaints.
- Knowing our services details so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of clients’ interactions, comments, queries and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure client’s satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Establish new clients accounts and record account information, like phone numbers or addresses, on our digital platform
- 5 days a week working hours (Saturday & Sunday Off)
