Description and Requirement

Requirement;

  • Any Graduate
  • Thai Language (4 Skills) must have
  • English Speaking will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Customer Services and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, customer relationship management and time-management skill
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes

Job Scope

  • Be able to manage large amounts of phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication through various channels
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Responding promptly to clients’ inquiries in politely and professionally.
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients’ complaints.
  • Knowing our services details so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of clients’ interactions, comments, queries and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure client’s satisfaction and provide professional support.
  • Establish new clients accounts and record account information, like phone numbers or addresses, on our digital platform
