Bachelor's degree in any graduate. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
5+ years of experience in training, development, and performance management.
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse workforce.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HR software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to create and present training materials using digital tools and platforms.
Strong experience in employee development, performance management systems, including setting goals and KPIs.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills.
