The role holder is responsible for the Devices team's daily tasks in-house received of Printer, UPS, Monitor, Scanner repair and maintenance. Roll out service on-site support to fix the device's general issue, if necessary.
●Operate daily activities under the guidance of the respective section Lead and Manager.
●Ability to arrange and complete all given tasks in the working environment, on time.
●Ensure the data recording, listing and filing with manual and Excel applications.
●Must have experience in office end-user support.
●Report to Operation Lead via In-charge.
●Able to work collaboratively with team members.
●Willingness to learn and develop.
●Must be able to travel.
