Description and Requirement
The digital learning supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and managing all training necessary for the Bank's Business, Function, and Branch. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the HR’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective digital learning experience, content creation, learner engagement, improve learning outcomes, and contribute to the overall educational or training goals. The role holder will be the first point of contact for KBZ Learning Academy queries and be responsible for all related administration, ensuring a get-it-right first-time character is adopted.
E-Learning Course development and Instructional Design
- Collaborate with learning Design and Performance team and develop engaging and effective digital learning content, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive multimedia materials.
- Develop online assessments, evaluation tests, quizzes, and feedback surveys ensuring alignment with learning objectives and curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, cross-functional departments and external vendors to ensure content aligns with educational objectives and effective assessment tools.
System Administration & Course Curation
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), E-library and Training Attendance Management System (TAMS) to ensure optimal functionality.
- Communicate with the server team and monitor for any issues and bugs related to IT
- Upload, configure, and maintain e-learning courses, learning paths, and user profiles management within the related learning system.
- Oversee the selection, acquisition, uploading, and organization of digital books and resources for the e-library.
- Ensure the e-library content is current, relevant, and easily accessible to users.
- Manage digital rights and licensing for e-library materials.
Data Management & integrity
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for training records and learning activities.
User Engagement Plan & Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote user engagement and participation in digital learning initiatives.
- Create communication plans, campaigns, and incentives to encourage continuous learning.
- Monitor learner feedback and adapt strategies to optimize the user experience.
- Receive and promptly respond to learner complaints via various channels (phone, email, IT service desk, LMS).

Requirements
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, educational technology, or a similar field.
- Experience in creating content for users of all levels, along with expertise in technology and user management.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, prefer technology background
Technical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with LMS platforms like Moodle or similar platform
