Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive and forward-looking strategy for the card and digital payment business, aligned with the overall bank’s goals and market trends
- Provide strong teamwork and guidance to cross-functional terms, fostering a collaborative and innovate work environment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote card and digital products and increase customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and digital product team to create compelling campaigns, advertisements and promotional materials.
- Oversee branches and internal business team members to address inquires, concerns, and feedback related to card and digital products.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and industry associations to drive partnerships and alliances that benefit the card and digital payment business.
- Develop and manage business strategies such as, promotional campaign programs for yearly to align with partnership team, marketing team and internal business team to meet organization’s goals.
- Track and analyze digital banking performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Lead and manage the reporting process weekly and monthly basis for management review.
- Create marketing activities for owner product such as Retention Campaign, Rewarding Campaign.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degreein Business Administrations or related fields studies.
- 3+ years of experiencein Card Business, Digital Banking Business.
- Proven ability to execute business strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand adapt to market changes.
