Duties & Responsibilities
- Research market comparison and business analyst for card and digital products and report to line Manager.
- Develop sales strategies and campaigns to increase user adoption and transaction volume across digital channels.
- Identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine digital banking offerings.
- Prepare and send proposal to the client and execute the pipeline following up process.
- Contact prospective Clients through all possible channels and collect information on potential needs and report to Line Manager to make strategic sales approaches.
- Business data analysis and monitoring reports for each digital products.
- Collecting feedback from internal teams on-boarded to generate digital business revenue.
- Highly developed negotiation skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present initiatives and issues to leadership teams.
- Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly leads and contacts target segment via different sale channels.
- Report and present weekly and monthly activities to Section Head.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations or related fields studies.
- 2+ years of experiencein Card Business, Digital Banking Business.
- Proven ability to execute business strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand adapt to market changes.
