Job Description
Driver is responsible for driving and its daily maintenance of hotel vehicles in accordance with the local traffic rules
Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service.

• Ensures the safety of all passengers
• Ensure to call the guest by name in the conversation during the journey.
• Well grooming, neat and tidy uniform
• Maintain good product knowledge
• Well explanation of regional / area knowledgeHotel driver must show professionalism to internal / external customer whilst on duty both on terms of work performance and appearance
• Ensure adequate control on supplies and validity of driving license and other papers needed.
• Accurate follow ups on vehicle mileage records and transportation vouchers
• Ensure that all operating equipments are properly handled and maintained at all time

• Must be flexible in working hours & days, including the ability & willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and evenings as and when operational needs arise, especially during important events and peak occupancy periods

• Practice for immediate report for any vehicle damage and out of order 

• Basic Opera knowledge
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Hospitality Certificate is preferable
• Driver License avaliabe
