Proactively identify issues and develop innovate solutions;
Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities;
Manage online pricing fluctuations and MAP policy enforcement;
Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to determine the performance of customer portfolio and identify areas for improvement;
Other duties as assigned;
Establish and cultivating positive relationships with key decision makers;
Maintain workflow as dictated by client-specific procedures and SLAs as defined in individual SOWs;
Prepare client scope documents, pricing and solution proposals, legal contracts and coordinate billing;
Drive development of key ecommerce capabilities and support processes;
Assist with content creation tasks during peak volume periods;
Build relationships across multiple areas at the customers’ organizations;
Prepare and deliver business reviews and sales presentations with customer management and internal stakeholders;
Responsible for achieving growth objectives, including Net Sales and Net Margin percentage;
Increase distribution of products via existing and new accounts;
Manage content, pricing and promotional strategy for Surya’s large product catalog.
