Education Sales & Business Development Manager

Description and Requirement

  •  Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment targets for English language programs
  •  Strong knowledge and experience in using Meta Business Tools ( Facebook page)
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities (B2B/B2C, as relevant)
  •  Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and service team to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service
  •  Manage the entire student inquiry-to-enrollment process, ensuring timely follow-up and smooth onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and corporate partners
  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements to stay competitive
  •  Ensure high-quality student service before, during, and after enrollment to support retention and student satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management

Requirements

  •  Has 3~5 years of experience in education sales, student services, or customer relationship management.
  •  Strong knowledge in Education industry , English Language Center information and product research
  •  Has leadership skills to manage, to train sales team members and grow a team.
  • Is results-driven with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  •  Has excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Has intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Is organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
