Description and Requirement
The Engagement Support Officer will play a crucial role in supporting sales and marketing efforts by fostering relationships with clients, managing engagement activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute tasks that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Knowledge Skills:
- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, gather feedback, and support onboarding processes.
- Monitor and track sales targets, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
- Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Support event planning, including workshops, trade shows, and customer engagement events.
- Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and generate insights.
- Customer Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and compile actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales and marketing data.
- English language competency
- Must be able to type in both English and Burmese.
