Event Coordinators

Description and Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, to promote the bank’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize logistics, including venue, catering, and event materials.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Promote events through digital channels and social media platforms.
  • Collect and analyze post-event feedback to measure success and improve future events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a marketing or corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously.
