Description and Requirement

• Operation & Maintenance of DG set(s) and its canopy
• Maintenance of Battery Bank(s)
• Maintenance of Rectifier
• Maintenance of AMF panel, LT panel, Compound lighting, Lightening Conductor
• MCBs, Switches, etc.
• House keeping
• Watch & Ward
• Periodic Tower Maintenance
• Electricity Bill deposit
• Maintenance of earth resistance
• Maintenance of tower aviation lamps and lightening Conductors
• Maintenance of all types of earth at BTS sites. Eq. Earth, Bldg earth, Tower Earth, AC earth, etc.
• Achieve Uptime and Energy SLAs as defined by customer
• Any other work which the PHF is required to carry out for successful execution of all the works as per SoW
• Servicing of DG set on the basis of hour meter / log book reading as per manufacturer’s recommendation shall be done (including material).
• DG set servicing
