1. Performing finance and administration activities at station/country. This includes but is not limited to account payables
(expenses/purchases), account receivables (revenue/sales collection), petty cash, funds repatriation, funds forecast, tax requirements
(payment and submission), statutory requirement and obligations, payroll, and local staff leave records etc.
2. Liaise closely with external i.e. bank, auditor, tax agent, government etc. and internal customers i.e. business units (BU) at station to
ensure all financing matters are in in order and controlled.
3. Good understanding of budget control, ensure sufficient fund and liaise with BU Heads before spending.
4. Ensure the compliance to local and corporate statutory filing and requirements.
5. Act as a pro-active team member to ensure cordial work environment.
6. Possess in-depth understanding of accounting principles & practices, local statutory and financial requirements.
7. Must be IT literate and experience in ERP S/4HANA accounting system, Possess good knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheet and
presentation tools (Word / Excel / Power point)
8. Industry knowledge of aviation industry or knowledge of the job role would be an advantage.
9. Good communication and time management
10. Understand his / her role in the team and how it impacts the overall outcome of the process
1. Degree or Diploma in Accounting/ Business / Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CP, MIA, etc.)
2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Knowledge in SAP will be added advantage.
