Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing will lead the bank’s marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing a team, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and digital marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting performance goals.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, across multiple channels.
- Manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure marketing strategies support company goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
