Description and Requirement

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing new employee paperwork.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related issues.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.Recording and storing office information.

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and administration.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
    • It is more suitable if you have experience understanding about Office Administration Procedures.
    • Working Days – Mon to Fri/ Sat Half
    • Working Hours – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
