Description and Requirement
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing new employee paperwork.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related issues.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.Recording and storing office information.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
It is more suitable if you have experience understanding about Office Administration Procedures.
Working Days – Mon to Fri/ Sat Half
Working Hours – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
