Objectives
Plans, directs, and coordinates functions related to the organization’s employees. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures and forms. Assist and support department managers and employees and maintain personnel records in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
The HR Manager oversees and leads recruiting, interviewing and hiring, daily attendance, training and development, resignation process of employees. Consult with top management on strategic workforce planning and serve as the organization’s link between management and employees.

(2) Qualifications
- Any Bachelor Degree holders
- Diploma/ Bachelor/ MBA in Human resources management
(3) Experience
- Minimum five years experiences in HRM Management level.
