  • Handling the monthly attendance and payroll process.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and action of HR Department
  • In-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, HR rules and regulations, procedures and functions
  • Report to Managing Director and Director.

Requirements

  • Any Graduated, Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Must have 5 years working experiences in HR Manager Position, more prefer construction background
