Job Description

  • Conduct employees payroll, OT calculations, SSB benefits, Personal Income Tax Monthly and report to HR Manager and Managing Director.
  • Conduct employment process - salary calculation, employment memo, employment contract, new employee orientatoin program. 
  • Handle perfomance evaluation and report to Management Team.
  • Handle office maintenance and other general request and administration.
  • Prepare Payment for office expenses.
  • Control Stationary Stocks for office use.
  • and ohters as assigned jobs.
