Responsible for employee recruitment, hiring, training and collect information , manage the company employees' data.
Organize, compile and update company's personannel records and documentation. > Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hiring, days off, leaves, warnings, terminations , exit and etc.,
Help in payroll managemnt preparation and payment.
Prepare, manage and store papaework for HR policies and procedures.
Answer employees' questions and provide requested informaton.
Collect , review and report for the various team monthly work done.
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
