Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to identify and fulfill manpower needs for delivery, call center, and office staff
Prepare and issue employment contracts, extension letters, termination letters, and other HR documentation
Ensure all contracts and documents comply with Myanmar labor laws
Maintain up-to-date employee records both in physical and digital formats
Process monthly payroll in coordination with the Finance team
Calculate salaries based on attendance, leave, overtime, and performance bonuses
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Monitor HR compliance and update company policies as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment, contracts, and payroll
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or HRIS/payroll systems
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality
Experience in F&B, logistics, or delivery sectors is preferred
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams
Fluency in Burmese and working proficiency in English
