Human Resources Manager

Description and Requirement

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify and fulfill manpower needs for delivery, call center, and office staff

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, extension letters, termination letters, and other HR documentation

  • Ensure all contracts and documents comply with Myanmar labor laws

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records both in physical and digital formats

  • Process monthly payroll in coordination with the Finance team

  • Calculate salaries based on attendance, leave, overtime, and performance bonuses

  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information

  • Monitor HR compliance and update company policies as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment, contracts, and payroll

  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or HRIS/payroll systems

  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality

  • Experience in F&B, logistics, or delivery sectors is preferred

  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams

  • Fluency in Burmese and working proficiency in English
