IT Application Support (Ywarthargyi)

Description and Requirement

• Design user interface and web layout using HTML/CSS practices
• Proven experience with WordPress, able to create, edit website templates
• Organize testing and debugging on a regular basis
• Upgrade and repair existing programs and integrate back-end data
• Prepare training documentation and provide training to end user
• Analyze program performance and suggest new features and improvements
• Ensure compliance with security principles
• Keep informed about latest industry developments
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned
• Providing technical support to teams within the organization

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in software development or application support function
• Hands-on experience with programming including C#.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Intermediate skill in SQL query, trouble shooting skills would be advantage
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Enthusiastic team player with a creative mind
