Junior Educational Sale Consultant

Description and Requirement

  • Initial Consultation: Conducting consultations with students and parents to understand their educational goals, needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Needs Assessment: Skillfully assessing students' academic backgrounds, learning styles, and career interests to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Program Advising: Providing expert advice on our range of educational programs, explaining their benefits, curriculum, and outcomes.
  • Building Trust: Establishing strong rapport and building trust with students and parents by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in their success.
  • Addressing Concerns: Effectively addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections regarding our programs and pricing.
  • Enrollment Guidance: Guiding families through the enrollment process, providing necessary information and support.
  • Sales Conversion: Achieving enrollment targets by effectively showcasing the value of our services and encouraging enrollment.
  • Follow-up and Relationship Management: Maintaining regular communication with prospective and enrolled students/families to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • CRM Management: Accurately recording and updating client information in our CRM system.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on consultation outcomes, enrollment progress, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong listening and empathy skills with a genuine desire to help students succeed.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets ethically and professionally.
  • Experience in education counseling, advising, or sales is a plus.
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
