Description and Requirement
The Junior Operation Officer will support the Head of Operations in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, assisting in policy development, reporting, and coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Preparing and assisting with the account processes of the Learning Academy.
- Assisting with the setup and arrangement of meeting/training rooms.
- Assisting with hostel preparation and managing check-in/check-out procedures.
- Monitoring cleaner duty assignments and ensuring the cleanliness of the Learning Academy campus.
- Assisting with employee birthday celebrations and welfare parties, including gift preparation.
- Keeping records of monthly data and reporting to the Operations Supervisor.
- Assisting and collaborating on operational tasks.
- Keeping records of and monitoring stationery usage at the Learning Academy.
- Assisting in the implementation of projects related to the lactation room, childcare, etc.
- Performing clerical and general office duties as needed.
- Collecting personal data of L&D members.
- Assisting with the fixed asset list by collecting ground stock and maintaining records.
- Preparing training logistics, including tickets and transportation.
- Arranging hotel and hostel accommodations for trainers (e.g., hotel booking).
- Assisting with opening/closing ceremonies, meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Supporting the Operations Supervisor as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or operations support (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills may also be considered).
