Coordinate with planner, procurement, suppliers, and warehouse for the availability of materials (RM & PKG) - starting from the PO issue stage to shipment handling and until the supplier payment completion stage: detailed process as following;

Import approvals readiness
Logistics & shipping arrangement
Shipment documents checking & confirmation
Coordinating with suppliers and troubleshooting the problems arises during the process
Coordinating with 3rd party customs broker and manage customs clearance process, troubleshoot the issues in compliance with FCPA
Coordinating with warehouse team and manage container takeout plan aligning with stock level, urgency level, storage space, manpower, labour cost, and target DET/DEM charge
Monitor the quality inspection plan and release of the materials as per urgency level
Coordinating with finance team and 3rd party customs broker for arranging overseas payment documentation process
Coordinates with quality team and others in handling quality documentations as per SOP requirements
Manage documentation process of all government & non-government related approvals such as FDA, Halal, MOI, MIC, MOC, National Lab, UMFCCI, etc
Keep all documents and records to ensure FCPA compliance
Work with Support function team - Quality/Safety/Operation - in the implementation of Quality programs implementation as well as Safety and FP&R program to ensure the compliance for CPMM in working area
Implement and manage effectively of EHS & Quality Standards:
Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Manage vacation/overtime independently
Make sure assigned tasks are followed effectively as per procedure.
Initiate and deliver department KPIs & plant KPIs and comply with 5S & visual workplace
Coordinates availability of materials from both local & overseas, and manage import approvals and other government related approvals for Raw Materials, Packaging Material, Finished Goods and work closely with 3rd Party Customs Clearance Firm to ensure compliance with FCPA and Code of Conduct
EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of direct experience in logistics and custom clearance function, Related work experience in government relationship is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Any Bachelor's Degree
SKILL/KNOWLEDGE : Understanding on logistics management, customs clearance, etc., Negotiation skills, Relationship building skills, SAP Knowledge is a plus, Pre-intermediate in English Communication, Computer skill, Data analysis skill
