Plan warehouse( Indoor & Outdoor ) for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
Monitor warehouse daily inbound/outbound operation process and align the daily labor assigning for external customers.
Check the Physical cargo when BIA Service done in MACCS System, physical cargo match with into bond/ex-bond documents ,if not match cargo , need to inform Agent ,Custom and related Customer respectively.
Planning in advance for the requirement of cargo type (Such as Space, Pallets, labor, scheduling, assigning, forklift with operator , etc.,).
Follow supervisor instruction of space management for inbound cargo and relocation when receiving information on customers’ inbound volume.
Assess and monitor warehouse transactions with proper records and documentation, GRN & GDN.
Complying with currently bonded warehouse procedure handling legislations (Custom rule and company rules).
To report supervisor daily stock balance and storage capacity when inbound/outbound process have done end of the day.
Fully support to ground operation to be smooth to avoid any delay case follow by supervisor instruction.
Problem-solving to human errors (Operational Cargo Damaged, Mishandling Cargo ) and suitable control operation labor/staff.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
To arrange Team Member Staff Overtime when needed and also update of overtime report to immediate supervisor & management by daily.
Monitor with record of Team Member Staff Attendance including late in /early out and report to Supervisor by daily.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, financial modelling, and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email), Especially excel Achieve Supply Chain Management)
Managing other people according to the key principles of leadership and management.
The ability to write clear and concise reports, documents, emails, and letters.
Strongly experience WMS/MACCS system and data analysis.
Smoothly can drive & manage of the operation function.
Experienced in MACCS and custom process (Into-bond & Ex-bond).
Preferred competencies able to work under pressure and also good at managing with the team.
