Description and Requirement
Job Summary:
Responsible for maanaging and consolidating the financial accounts of the entire bank, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (IAS, IFRS), and submitting accurate financial statements to the Central Bank and auditors in a timely manner. This role involves overseeing the processes related to opening, closing, and issuing bank statements while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and oversee the financial accounts of all bank branches and divisions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Submit accurate and timely financial statements to the Central Bank and auditors in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the bank adheres to International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in all accounting and financial processes, particularly related to the opening, closing, and issuance of bank statements.
- Perform any other related tasks as required by management to support the smooth functioning of the Central Accounts Section.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- Proven experience in banking or finance, particularly in accounts consolidation and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IAS and IFRS standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
