Manager (Research & Development)

Description and Requirement

1. Prearing Research Design and estimate what data to collect.
2. Coordinating and managing the data collection process.
3. Designing questionnaire, delivering to relevant stakeholders, departments, branches and receiving questionnaire.
4. Collecting of secondary documents and contextual information for relevant departments.
5. Managing the data records, notes and collecting of data for analysis.
6. Preparing charts, graphs and power point for presentation.
7. Presenting research findings and reports.
8. Undertakeing and quality review records and writes meeting minutes.
9. Organizing the data: records, notes, collections and storing for future projects.
10. Managing overall arrange of meetings, workshops organized by the research team.
11. Preparing and implementing of Annual Report as timeline.
12. Conducting administrative tasks of research team.
13. Managing and mentoring research team.
14. Performing another tasks assigned by HOD.

Requirements

1. Bechlor's degree in Statitics, Mathematics, Data Science (or) related field. (MBA degree is preferred)
2. Age over 35 years old.
3. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
4. Must be able to use MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook, SPSS is preferred.
5. Strong analytical and quantitive skills.
6. Excellent research writing and presentation skills.
7. Storng attentation to detail and accuracy.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
