Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
Manage a team of merchandisers to ensure products are displayed attractively and in-line with company standards
Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product placement and inventory levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and operations, to optimize merchandising initiatives
Train and develop team members to enhance their merchandising skills and product knowledge
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to merchandising activities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
At least 3 years of trade marketing and merchandising experience
Good in English
Retial and good commercial awareness
Work with suppliers, vendors and retailers to ensure execution of merchandising plan
Working Day : Mon to Fri (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
