Description and Requirement

Analyze and identify the cause of the issue and provide resolution or workaround solution Follow up on issues between vendor and users Work with users to review, analyze, and evaluate all aspects of company business operations Coordinate with implementation and upgrading of Odoo system. To test new features or improve existing module in Odoo. Responsible for implementation, improvement projects with stakeholders to ensure new customization are on schedule and completed on time. Help users with their requirements in Odoo ERP To provide Odoo usage functions training to end user Ensure compliance with security principles Perform other duties and functions as assigned Requirement Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field 2+ years of experience in Odoo support or ERP Support Experience in ERP system implementation project management Critical thinking skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Enthusiastic team player with a creative mind
