Job Description
Handle phone calls and emails from clients
Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties
Perform research on real estate market trends and property values
Answer phone calls, make copies, file documents, maintain files, organize office supplies, order new materials as needed and greet office visitors
Manage social media accounts and online presence
Check emails and make a note of any missed messages from clients, employees or upper-management to relay to office workers
Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements
