Description and Requirement

Job Description

  • Handle phone calls and emails from clients 
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties
  • Perform research on real estate market trends and property values
  • Answer phone calls, make copies, file documents, maintain files, organize office supplies, order new materials as needed and greet office visitors
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence
  • Check emails and make a note of any missed messages from clients, employees or upper-management to relay to office workers
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative support or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in marketing and social media
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
