Develop Autonomous Maintenance/ Plan Maintenance /Continuous Improvement / 5S roadmap and execute rolling plan based on roadmap
Organize Operation Performance & Reliability team, master plan and coordinate with the cross functional team
Ensure, operation can run efficiently and avoid the majors breakdown
Develop training plan for people capability to improve Unplan Downtime & Plan Downtime
Data driven to improve Unplan and Plan downtime and critical spare parts management
Coordinate with cross functional team for continuous improvement projects to drive AML improvement, saving projects and operation efficiency
Initiate and work coordinate with cross functional team for new ways of working as digitization, paperless projects and plant system
Strengthen the shop floor team to compliance Operation Performance & Reliability, EOHS and Quality standards
Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
EXPERIENCE:
At least 3-5 years in manufacturing management
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
SKILL/KNOWLEDGE : Understanding on operation management related to Quality /EOHS/Operation Efficiency & Reliable knowledge etc., Strong people management skill, Leadership Skill, Problem Solving, Result Oriented, and Fluent in English Communication, and Computer Skill
