Operation Manager

Description and Requirement

  • - Manage daily operations of multiple mobile service centers
  • - Standardize and implement operational procedures
  • - Coordinate between center managers, technicians, and customer service staff
  • - Monitor service performance KPIs (turnaround time, customer satisfaction, repair quality)
  • - Control spare parts logistics and inventory across all branches
  • - Conduct audits and performance evaluations regularly
  • - Continuously improve workflow and customer service experience
  • - Develop, train, and motivate team members
  • - Collaborate with mobile phone brands for support, warranty, and service updates
  • - Report operations data and insights to senior management

Requirements

  • - Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • - 5-7 years of experience in operations, preferably in mobile/consumer electronics or service sector
  • - Proven track record managing multi-location operations

  • - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • - Customer-focused mindset
  • - Knowledge of mobile phone technology and repair processes
